Q: Who do I phone for bus timetables?

Either phone us on (04) 2358 819 (Porirua), (04) 297 3339 (Kapiti) or Metlink on 0800 801700. You can also pick up a timetable from your bus driver.

Q: Where do I purchase a Smartcard?

From any one of our depots Mana Coach Services in - Kapiti or Porirua. You can also purchase one from your bus driver, or apply here on line.

Charter

Q: Is the group able to bring alcohol onto the chartered bus?

You must apply for a liquor license from the City Council. We are able to write a letter for you to the City Council, giving them information on the chartered bus that you have confirmed with us.

Q: Who arranges the bus driver's accommodation?

We will arrange the accommodation of our driver.

Q: How long is a driver allowed to drive for?

A Drivers duty time is to be no longer than 14 hours in any 24 hours.

Our drivers are permitted to drive

• 11 hours in any 24 hours.
• No Longer than 5 1/2 hours in one stretch.
• After 5 1/2 hours of driving, it must be followed by a minimum of a 1/2 hour rest period.
